Q: Do you have any properties other than what is shown on your website?

A: What we show on our website is a few choice selections. We have plenty more properties for filming in our archives. Just call Abe Oheb at 310-308-9212

Q: Where are you properties located?

A: The properties for filming are located in the Greater Los Angeles area. The farthest location is 20 miles form downtown.

Q: How much do you charge for a day of filming?

A: It depends, sites run from $750 and up for each day of shooting.

Q: What is the rate per day for prep and strike?

A: The rate is half what you are quoted for a day of shooting.

Q: Do you rent the property for a half day?

A: No. A full days charge will be applied to a half day of shooting.

Q: Do you rent the properties for still shoots?

A: Yes we do.

Q: Do you rent the properties for student film projects?

A: We usually do not rent to students because the property owners charge more then a student’s budget.

Q: Are the properties for filming vacant or occupied

A: They are usually occupied. In that case you will have to draw two contracts, one with the tenants and one with the landlord.
